REFUND AND ATTENDANCE POLICY

We know that registering your child for one of our programs is a significant expense for most families. We also know that you have a choice when choosing a theater training program for your child and we APPRECIATE that you have chosen TSSYT.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

Attendance at rehearsal and all performances is crucial to your child’s education and to the success of the production.

• If your child is sick, please send an email or a text prior to the start of rehearsal for that absence to be excused.

• Any cast member who misses more than 3 rehearsals for ANY REASON will be removed from the cast.

• If there is a medical issue or extended illness, a doctor’s note is REQUIRED after 3 missed rehearsals.

• There are no refunds granted after the start of the program.

• Conflicts on performance days are unacceptable. If your child can not attend all performances, they will not be accepted into the program. We will look forward to seeing them for a future show!

REFUND POLICY:

We require payment in order to complete your registration and hold your child’s spot. Without a deposit, your child is not registered for the program. Please remember that full and partial scholarships are always available (see our Scholarship Application).

If your plans change and your child can no longer participate in our program, you can receive a full refund if you withdrawal your child MORE than 2 weeks prior to auditions. Any withdrawal after that date will receive NO REFUND. We can NOT make exceptions to this policy.
