Volunteer at TSSYT
We rely heavily on volunteers to keep our programs running smoothly and keep our place clean as a whistle! We always have projects going as we are constantly improving not only our facilities but the level of our productions. If you have some extra time in your schedule, won’t you please consider volunteering at the studio?
Check out the areas in which we need some help and let us know if you’re up to the challenge!
CLEANING CREW: Come in once a week, once a month or the week before an Opening Night and help us get ready for company!
CONCESSION/SWAG CREW: Volunteer to sell concessions and/or TSSYT Swag at a show.
CHECK-IN CREW: Assist in the front of house with check-in and seating of our audiences.
COSTUMING ORGANIZERS and LAUNDRY HELP: Once a show is all wrapped, we need some help getting everything cleaned and put away correctly! We also need continuous help re-organizing the costume room.
CAST DINNER HELPERS: Come in and help set up, serve and clean up our Cast Dinners on our Two-do-Shays (that's a 2 show day for those new to the business....lol).
PUBLICITY/FUNDRAISING/MARKETING : Do you have any great ideas for fundraising or how to get the TSSYT name out into the community? We can use your help!
SET DESIGN/BUILD CREW: Help us to build up and take down the sets and organize the wood and workshop.
